On demand and if required, we offer services that include but are not limited to:product customization, customer training, installation services, software customization, and pre-paid system training and installation.



GlobalTronics has established a complete and ideal service system for our customers. Because we innately believe our services can’t, and shouldn’t, end at sales, we have aimed at providing an accessible hotline and a highly-qualified customer service team for after-sale inquiries; we also arrange for special technicians to trace and record products operation status on each of our customers so as to learn the alternating requirements of customers and attend to their problems timely.



On servicing entities and real estate developers, GlobalTronics devotes an account management team to each client, with the sole purpose of catering to every individual case’s requirements and follow-ups.
